INST Lee Bohan, NSCC

Instructor

Lee and Becki Bohan both joined the Sea Cadet program as instructors in September, 2006 with the Warrior Division in Douglasville, GA.  After two months with the Warriors, they decided to move to the Ironclad Division in Columbus, GA.  Lee sees this as a way to bring the Sea Cadet program to those children who do not live near another unit.  Becki likes the fact that Ironclad has many workstations in which the Cadets and Leaguers can participate.

In their his private life, Lee and Becki have a daughter and a son. Their son is currently active in the Sea Cadets holding the rate of E-3.

Lee has been employed by Delta Airlines for over 25 years and owns his own company, Atlanta Premier Goaltending, where he teaches private lessons and clinics to ice and roller hockey goalies.  Lee is Trustee for the Peachtree City Hockey Association and immediate past President of same.  He plays goalie on three (3) roller hockey teams and one (1) ice hockey team.  Lee is a true believer in the US Navy Sea Cadet motto, "It's for the Cadets!" and hopes to help the Cadets in his unit find strength, courage and pride in themselves.

Becki is an employee of Washington Mutual Bank in Fayetteville, GA Before returning to the workplace in 2004, Becki was a stay-at-home mom who home-schooled her children.  Becki is actively involved in her church where she teaches the middle and high school levels of RCIC.  She is also a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Mercy Meals Program.  Becki hopes to use her customer service and teaching skills in a positive way to help the Ironclad Division grow over the next few years.
