COLUMBUS IRONCLAD DIVISION

 "THE ADVENTURE STARTS HERE"

 Welcome Aboard!

 Field Exercise

The Ironclad Division of the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps welcomes you to their unit web site.  Feel free to look at the information and then call us or write us with questions or if you are interested in joining the Sea Cadets.

We train at the Navy Operational Support Center in Columbus, GA, which is in front of the Civic Center on Victory Drive (beside Golden Park).

To attend an Orientation, please contact Warrant Officer "Chief" Philip Winslett at 334-790-3377 or e-mail chiefwinslett@yahoo.com. Since the NOSC is a military facility with controlled access, you should let us know ahead of time you will be visiting so we can ensure you are granted access.  We look forward to hearing from you soon and hope you become the newest member of the Columbus Ironclad Division.

National Headquarters program includes a benefit for referring/recruiting 3 cadets into the program.  After your 3 referrals are enrolled, your will receive a certificate for one paid training (can be a value of about $150).

Those new cadets must stay on board one full year with satifactory participation.

 Columbus, GA

The Ironclad Division would like to welcome it's new Commanding Officer, Chief Philip Winslett.  Chief Winslett started with Ironclad Division in late January. We look forward to his leadership and wish him good luck.  For more information about Chief Winslett, see the "staff" page.
